Former FA Min Julian becomes Immigration Secretary

After six months of closure, the Foreign Affairs Department has been re-opened as the Department of Immigration. Welcome back to the new immigration department and I thank Pres. Hock for appointing me.

My fellow Titulians,

        I would like to first thank President Gregory Hock on giving me this opportunity to be your Immigration Secretary. I do not plan on voting on my nomination. I want the citizens of Titulia to nominate me without a boost from me deciding my own fate. I hope the citizens will vote to confirm me. I was previously Minister for Foreign Affairs (predecessor to Secy of Immigration) in the Pijanowski and Avaram Administrations. We did a good effort on bringing immigration in. We had several plans that were not implemented due to Avaram's successor, Fmr. Pres. McVicker's decision not to re-nominate me. In the Avaram administration, we created an ad campaign on Youtube that got some views that was only somewhat effective.  I hope my experience can help increase our efforts to bring in more people into Titulia.
